Following your delivery

Please note: tracking numbers are provided once your order has been processed and sent. Please do not contact us immediately after ordering to ask for a tracking number. We only receive the shipping tracking code once the package has been shipped, no sooner.

Your code arrives in a "Your Order Has Now Been Shipped" email, which you would have received 24 to 48 hours after purchasing. Enter that code with the courier named in the email to see where your parcel is.

If it has been longer than that and nothing has arrived, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will chase it for you.
